Imports to Cyprus fell 24.6 percent year-on-year to EUR 522.6 million, in June 2017. Purchases intra-EU declined 27.6 percent and the ones outside EU shrank 17.3 percent. Considering the first half of the year, imports rose 3.2 percent to EUR 3666.7 million. Imports in Cyprus averaged 271784.04 EUR Thousand from 1975 until 2017, reaching an all time high of 1080670 EUR Thousand in May of 2016 and a record low of 13481 EUR Thousand in June of 1975.
