Colombia's exports rose 5.9% year-on-year to USD 4.69 billion in July 2026, easing for a second consecutive month following a 7% increase in June and marking the lowest pace of growth since the start of the year.
The increase was driven by a 8.3% rise in exports of fuels and extractive industries, which accounted for 40% of total shipments, supported by a 13.8% increase in oil and petroleum products, while crude oil export volumes rose 3.1% to 13.4 million barrels.
In contrast, manufactured exports decline 7.1%, driven by lower shipments of chemicals and related products (-12.4%) and manufactured goods classified chiefly by material (-6.0%), while agricultural and food exports, which represented 26.4% of total exports, edged down 0.8%.
