Armenia’s economic activity increased 7.1% year-on-year in April 2026, accelerating from a 6.6% rise in March. The increase is driven by expansions in several key sectors, including industry (11.7% vs 7.0% in March), construction (24.7% vs 24.0%), and services (9.1% vs 7.8%). In contrast, trade activity slowed further, rising just 0.1% compared with 0.2% in the previous month. On a monthly basis, overall economic activity grew 6.0% in April, easing from an 11.9% increase in March.
