Swedish Inflation Rate Unchanged in December

Sweden’s annual inflation rate stood at 0.3% in December 2025, unchanged from the previous month, according to preliminary estimates.
It remained the lowest reading since May and came in below market expectations of 0.5%.
On a monthly basis, consumer prices were flat after falling by 0.4% in November.
Meanwhile, the CPI with a fixed interest rate (CPIF), the Riksbank’s target measure, increased by 2.1% year-on-year in December, slightly slowing from a 2.3% rise in the previous month and falling short of market forecasts of 2.5%.
