Spain’s consumer confidence indicator slipped to 81.5 in September 2025, down from a six-month high of 82.9 in July and 84.8 a year earlier.
The decline reflected more negative assessments of the current economic situation, which fell to 77.5 from 81.8 in July.
Conversely, household expectations strengthened, rising to 85.5, the highest level since May, up from 84.1.
