Imports to Lithuania advanced 8.6 percent year-on-year to EUR 2.68 billion in May of 2018, mainly driven by higher purchases of crude petroleum (3.7 percent); electrical machinery and equipment (7.3 percent) and plastics and articles thereof (11 percent). Imports in Lithuania averaged 1219.96 EUR Million from 1994 until 2018, reaching an all time high of 2706.60 EUR Million in November of 2017 and a record low of 153.20 EUR Million in October of 1994.
