Estonian producer prices fell by 0.5% year-on-year in December 2025, reversing from a seven-month high of 1.1% in the previous month.
Producer inflation eased for mining and quarrying (2.6% vs 6.3% in November), while manufacturing costs stalled after a 0.2% rise, driven mainly by falling prices in the manufacture of fuel oils and in electricity and heat energy production.
At the same time, prices declined sharply for electricity, gas, steam, and air-conditioning supply (-8.2% vs 10.7%).
In contrast, costs held steady for water supply, sewerage, waste management, and remediation activities (1.8%).
On a monthly basis, producer prices dropped 1.1% in December, marking a six-month low and following a 0.2% increase in the preceding period.
