Czech Republic Industrial Output Hits Over 3-Year High

Industrial production in the Czech Republic surged 5.7% year-on-year in November 2025, following a 1.1% increase in the previous month and exceeding market forecasts of 2.2% growth.
This marked the highest reading since September 2022, as manufacturing output accelerated to an over three-year high of 6.4% from 1.3% in October, while output in the electricity, gas, steam, and air-conditioning supply continued to increase (2.6% vs 2.4%).
At the same time, activity in mining and quarrying fell more moderately, declining 12.8% compared with 14% in the prior period.
On a seasonally adjusted monthly basis, industrial activity rose to an almost two-year high of 2.4% in November, recovering from a 0.1% decrease in the previous month.
