Construction output in the Czech Republic rose by 6.1% year-on-year in November 2025, easing from 7.1% in the previous month.
This marked the weakest expansion since April, mainly due to slower growth in both building constructions (8.1% vs 9.6% in October), and civil engineering works (3.2% vs 3.3%).
The approximate value of building permits granted increased by 1% year-on-year to CZK 43.5 billion in November.
Meanwhile, the number of dwellings started such as family houses and multi-dwelling buildings surge by 20.8% to 4,353, while completed dwellings also increased by 4.4% to 2,371.
On a monthly basis, construction activity fell by 0.1% in November.
