The industrial confidence indicator for Colombia stood at 4.9 in October 2025, down from September’s reading of 9.0 and marking a four-month low.
This decrease was primarily driven by weaker production expectations for the next quarter (22.2 vs. 38.5 in September) and an increase in stock levels (0.4 vs. -4.5), while the volume of current orders improved (-7.0 vs. -15.9).
By comparison, the confidence indicator stood lower at -0.4 a year earlier.
