Chile Producer Inflation Slows in November

Producer prices in Chile increased 8.9% year-on-year in November 2025, the least in three months, compared to 9.7% in October.
Prices for manufacturing declined (-0.1% vs 1.8%) and a slowdown was seen in cost for mining (14.6% vs 14.7%) and utilities (11.1% vs 11.5%).
Compared to the previous month, producer prices were down 0.8%, led by a 0.8% fall in the mining sector (-1.3%), particularly copper (-1%).
Manufacturing also declined 0.7% led by manufacture of wood pulp, paper and cardboard (-2.3%).
On the other hand, prices for utilities rose 1%, mainly water collection, treatment and distribution (4.7%).
