Slovenia Industrial Production Picks Up in July

Industrial production in Slovenia rose 2% year-on-year in July 2026, accelerating from 1.7% in the previous month.
Activity expanded in manufacturing, rising 4.5% following a 2.5% increase in the prior month.
Still, mining output plunged 29.4%, although at a slower pace than the 48.5% decline in June, while activity in utilities' supply reversed, falling 13.9% after a 5.1% increase.
By product types, investments products rose 15.7%, accelerating from a 6.9% increase, while consumer product output rebounded (3.9% vs -3.9%), reflecting higher production of both durable (4.3% vs -4.7%) and non-durable (3.4% vs -3.7%) consumer goods.
In contrast, production of energy products plunged 16.5%, while raw material output fell 1.4%.
On a monthly basis, industrial production rose 1.4%, rebounding from a 2% drop in the prior month.
