Ireland Property Prices Up 7.6% in September

Residential property prices in Ireland increased 7.6% year-on-year in September 2025, following a revised 7.5% rise in August, marking the highest growth in three months.

House prices rose 7.7% (vs 7.6% in August), while apartment prices climbed 7.2% (vs 6.8%).

Regionally, price growth slowed in Dublin to 5.3% from 5.5%, but rose outside the capital to 9.4% from 9.2%.

On a monthly basis, residential property prices went up 0.9% in September, the same pace as in the previous month.

Residential property prices in Ireland rose 6.6% year-on-year in November 2025, easing from a downwardly revised 7.2% increase in the previous month. House price growth slowed to 6.5% from 7.2%, while apartment prices also moderated, rising 7.1% from 7.6% in October. Regionally, prices in Dublin rose by 5%, easing from 5.4%, while growth outside the capital continued to soften to 7.9% from 8.9%. Additionally, Dún Laoghaire–Rathdown posted the highest median value of house prices at EUR 677,000 in the year to November 2025, while Donegal recorded the lowest at EUR 190,000. On a monthly basis, residential property prices slowed to an eight-month low of 0.3% in November from 0.6% in the preceding period.

This marked the lowest level since February 2024, as house price growth moderated to 7.3% from 7.7% in September, while apartment prices edged higher to 7.4% from 7.2%. Regionally, price growth in Dublin inched up to 5.4% from 5.3%, while growth outside the capital softened to 8.9% from 9.4%. On a monthly basis, residential property prices slowed slightly to a five-month low of 0.6% in September, from a downwardly revised 0.8% rise in the previous month.
