Ireland Residential Property Price Growth Holds Steady at 7.8%

Residential property prices in Ireland rose 7.8% year-on-year in June 2025, unchanged from May’s downwardly revised increase.

National house prices climbed 8.0% from 7.9% in the previous month, while apartment prices slowed to a 6.6% gain from 7.0% in May.

Regionally, property prices in Dublin advanced 6.6%, slowing from a 6.8% increase in May, while prices outside the capital rose 8.8% from 8.6% in the prior month.

On a monthly basis, residential property prices climbed 0.9% in June, marking the fastest pace since November 2024, following a 0.6% rise in May.
