Ireland Residential Property Price Growth Accelerates in May

Residential property prices in Ireland rose by 7.9% year-on-year in May 2025, accelerating from an upwardly revised 7.6% in the previous month.
National house prices rose by 8.0% from 7.9% in the prior month, while apartment prices rose 7.0%, picking up from 6.3% in April.
Regionally, property prices advanced 6.9% in Dublin, compared with a 6.5% gain in April.
Prices outside the capital also strengthened, inching up 8.7% from 8.6% in the previous month.
On a monthly basis, residential property prices climbed 0.6% in May, marking the third consecutive monthly gain, following a 0.5% rise in April.
