Ireland Residential Property Price Growth Steady at 7.5%

Residential property prices in Ireland rose by 7.5% year-on-year in April 2025, unchanged from the previous month and remaining at its lowest level since March 2024.

The latest figure reflects a slight deceleration in house price growth, which edged down to 7.7% from 7.8% in March.

In contrast, apartment prices accelerated, rising to 6.3% in April compared to 5.6% the previous month.

In Dublin, property prices ticked down to 6.2% in April from 6% in the preceding month.

Outside the capital, prices edged lower to 8.6% from 8.9% in March 2025.

On a monthly basis, property prices rose 0.3% in April, after showing no growth in the previous month.
