Finnish GDP Contracts for 1st Time in 4 Months

Finland’s gross domestic product declined by 0.2% year-on-year in June 2025, slipping from a downwardly revised 0.2% growth in the previous month.

This marked the first month of contraction in economic activity since February.

On a seasonally adjusted monthly basis, the economy expanded by 0.7% in June, slowing from a downwardly revised 0.1% increase in the preceding period.
