Denmark Inflation Steady at 2.1% in November

Denmark’s annual inflation rate stood 2.1% in November 2025, unchanged from the previous month.
Price growth slowed for food and non-alcoholic beverages (3.5% vs 4.5% in October), housing and utilities (1.2% vs 1.5%), transport (1.4% vs 1.5%), and recreation and culture (1.9% vs 2.3%).
At the same time, prices fell for furnishings, household equipment, and maintenance (-0.1% vs 1.2%) and clothing and footwear (-0.6% vs -0.8%).
Conversely, prices rose at a faster pace for restaurants and hotels (4% vs 2.5%), alcoholic beverages and tobacco (2% vs 1.6%), health (2.4% vs 1.1%), and communication (7.6% vs 4.7%).
On a monthly basis, consumer prices decreased by 0.3%, reversing a 0.4% rise in the prior month.
Core inflation, which excludes energy and unprocessed food, held steady at 2.3%.
