Denmark Business Confidence Down in February

Denmark’s manufacturing confidence indicator fell to 92.5 in February 2026 from 93.1 in January, remaining below the long-term average of 100.
Despite the decline, employment prospects remained steady at 2, and production expectations rose to 7, up from 2 last month.
Meanwhile, on the broader front, the composite business indicator, which covers manufacturing, construction, retail, and services, increased to 103.3 from 102.2 in January.
Confidence in construction declined to 99.3 from 101.2, while retail rose to 110.7 from 107.1, and services improved to 106.2 from 104.8.
