Serbia Current Account Gap Widens in November

Serbia’s current account deficit widened to $645 million in November 2025 from a downwardly revised $230 million in the same month last year.
The goods account deficit increased to $712 million from $524 million, while the services surplus narrowed to $244 million from $305 million.
At the same time, the primary income gap rose sharply to $605 million from $470 million, and the secondary income surplus edged down to $429 million from $459 million.
Over the first eleven months of 2025, Serbia posted a current account deficit of $3,921 million, compared with $3,340 million recorded in the corresponding period of the previous year.
