Lithuania’s industrial production increased by 1.8% year-on-year in October 2025, accelerating from a downwardly revised 0.2% rise in the previous month.
The upturn was mainly driven by a rebound in manufacturing (1.4% vs. -0.1% in September), and a stronger output growth in electricity, gas, steam, and air conditioning supply (9.4% vs. 5.3%).
In contrast, activity growth in mining and quarrying moderated (2.6% vs. 3.9%), while production in water supply, sewerage, waste management, and remediation services contracted further (-11.6% vs. -8.1%).
On a monthly basis, industrial output declined 0.5%, following a downwardly revised 2.0% drop in September.
