Croatia Inflation Rises to 2023-Highs

The annual inflation rate in Croatia rose to 4.8% in March 2026, up from 3.8% in the previous month, according to preliminary estimates.
This marks the highest level since November 2023, as energy prices rose 11.3%, services rose 7.8%, food, beverages, and tobacco rose 3.9%, and non-food industrial goods without energy decreased 0.6%.
On a monthly basis, prices are estimated to have risen 1.4%, up from 0.3% in the previous month, mainly due to a 5.0% rise in energy prices.
