Armenia Construction Output Hits 3-Month High

Construction output in Armenia surged 20.5% year-on-year in December 2025, accelerating from a 17.2% rise in the previous month and marking the fastest pace of growth since September. On a monthly basis, construction activity jumped 77.9%, soaring from a 4.3% increase in November. For the full year, total construction output rose 20.2% compared with the prior year.

Construction output in Armenia expanded 17.2% year-on-year in November 2025, slowing from a 20.1% surge in the previous month and marking the mildest growth since March. On a monthly basis, construction activity rose by 4.3%%, accelerating from a 1.3% increase in October. Considering the January to November period, total construction output climbed 20.1% compared with the same period last year.

Construction output in Armenia climbed by 20.1% year-on-year in October 2025, slowing from a 22% advance in the previous month. This also marked the softest growth since April. On a monthly basis, construction activity rose by 1.3%%, following a 6.7% increase in September. Considering the January to October period, cumulative construction output expanded by 20.6% compared with the same period last year.
