Armenia Construction Output Hits 6-Month Low

Construction output in Armenia climbed by 20.1% year-on-year in October 2025, slowing from a 22% advance in the previous month.

This also marked the softest growth since April.

On a monthly basis, construction activity rose by 1.3%%, following a 6.7% increase in September.

Considering the January to October period, cumulative construction output expanded by 20.6% compared with the same period last year.

Construction output in Armenia surged 20.5% year-on-year in December 2025, accelerating from a 17.2% rise in the previous month and marking the fastest pace of growth since September. On a monthly basis, construction activity jumped 77.9%, soaring from a 4.3% increase in November. For the full year, total construction output rose 20.2% compared with the prior year.
