Retail sales in South Korea declined by 0.3% month-on-month in March 2025, reversing February’s 1.9% gain, as consumer spending showed signs of weakening.

Despite the monthly drop, retail sales rose 1.5% year-over-year in March, rebounding from a 1.8% annual decline in February.
