Slovenia Producer Prices Change at 2.40 percent
Producer prices in Slovenia rose 2.4 percent year-on-year in July of 2018, the same pace as in the previous month. It remains the highest producer inflation rate since November last year, as cost increased further for electricity, gas, steam & air conditioning supply (5.0 percent compared to 4.8 percent in June). Also, inflation was steady for manufacturing (2.3 percent, the same as in June) and mining & quarrying (4.8 percent). Meantime, cost of water supply continued to fall (-4.9 percent, the same as in June). On a monthly basis, producer prices advanced 0.2 percent, slowing from a 0.3 percent gain in the prior month.
