Lithuania Inflation Rate Hits 4-Month low

Lithuania's annual inflation rate eased to 3.8% in November 2025 from a six-month high of 4.1% in the previous month.
It marked the lowest reading since July, as prices moderated for food and non-alcoholic beverages (4.3% vs 5.1% in October), housing and utilities (1.4% vs 2%), alcoholic beverages and tobacco (7.8% vs 8.4%), health (4.1% vs 4.9%), communication (3.4% vs 3.5%), education (3.7% vs 4%), and restaurants and hotels (6.2% vs 6.7%).
In contrast, costs increased at a faster pace for transport (2.7% vs 2.6%), furnishings, household equipment and routine household maintenance of the house (1% vs 0.7%), recreation and culture (5.9% vs 5.8%), and miscellaneous goods and services (4% vs 2.6%).
In addition, prices rebounded for clothing and footwear (0.2% vs -0.6%).
On a monthly basis, consumer prices edged up to 0.4% from 0.2% in October 2025.
