Greece Producer Inflation Picks Up in July

Producer prices in Greece rose 11.8% year-on-year in July 2026, accelerating from 8.8% in the previous month.
Prices increased at a faster pace across most major industrial groupings, namely energy (21.5% vs 15.5% in June), intermediate goods (7.0% vs 6.4%), capital goods (4.5% vs 3.6%), and non-durable consumer goods (1.7% vs 1.1%).
In contrast, prices eased for durable consumer goods (1.3% vs 2.2%).
By market, producer prices for the domestic market rose 7%, while those for the non-domestic market climbed 23.4%.
On a monthly basis, producer prices rose 0.2%, rebounding from a 3% decline in the previous month.
