Croatia’s producer prices rose by 1.4% year-on-year in June 2025 from a 1.2% gain in the previous month.

This marked the highest reading since August 2023, driven by higher costs for capital goods (2.8% vs 2.5% in May), while prices recovered for energy (0.9% vs -0.4%).

Meanwhile, inflation moderated for non-durable consumer goods (1.4% vs 2%), intermediate goods (1.5% vs 1.6%), and deflation remained unchanged for durable consumer goods (-0.1%).

Excluding energy, producer prices edged down to 1.7% from 1.8% in the prior month.

On a monthly basis, produce prices grew by 0.7% in May, rebounding from a 1% fall in the preceding month.
