On a monthly basis, consumer prices went down 0.5%, after showing no growth in August.

On a seasonally adjusted monthly basis, industrial production slumped 6.5 percent, down from a downwardly revised 4.1 percent jump in June.

Meanwhile, gross fixed capital formation rebounded (0.5 percent vs -0.2 percent). Regarding, net foreign trade, exports rose 0.3 percent (from 0.8 percent in Q1) while imports increased at a softer 0.1 percent (from 0.4 percent in Q1). Year-on-year, the GDP rose by 1.2 percent, after a 1.3 percent increase in the first quarter of the year.
