French Stocks Rebound Ahead of Fed Minutes

The CAC 40 rose 0.3% to 7,506 on Wednesday, rebounding after ending a five-day winning in streak the previous session.

Investors eagerly anticipated the US Federal Reserve's July meeting minutes, due later today, which are expected to signal a cautious approach to interest rates.

Also on investors' radar were the upcoming US labor data revisions, which are expected to highlight slower job growth.

Among individual stocks, ArcelorMittal saw the largest gain, up around 1.1%, with Stellantis NV, Société Générale, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, and Essilor also advancing between 0.9% and 1%.

On the other hand, Danone shares dropped almost 1%, while Carrefour and Edenred fell about 0.4% and 0.6%, respectively.
