Honduras Economic Activity Index YoY Change at 0.10 percent  
The economy of Honduras advanced 0.1 percent year-on-year in June 2019, slowing from a 2.7 percent expansion in the previous month. It was the weakest growth in economic activity since May 2015, when it shrank 0.2 percent. Growth eased mainly in telecommunications (0.1 percent from 4.4 percent); and hotels & restaurants (1.7 percent from 2.7 percent). Also, output contracted in manufacturing (-0.8 percent from 3.7 percent); trade (-1 percent from 3 percent); and transport & storage (-5 percent from 0.7 percent).
