Fitch Cuts Belgium's Credit Rating to AA-

Fitch Ratings has downgraded Belgium's long-term foreign sovereign credit rating by one notch to 'AA-' from 'AA' on December 23rd, due to the government's high public debt burden and fiscal slippage in recent years.

The outlook was changed from negative to stable.
