Belarus Annual Inflation Eases to 4.3% in June

Belarus's annual inflation rate eased to 4.3% in June 2026 from 4.8% in May, marking the lowest reading since October 2023. Price growth slowed notably for food products (3.4% vs. 4.9%), while inflation for non-food goods edged up to 2.1% from 2.0%. Meanwhile, services inflation accelerated to 8.8% from 6.7% in the previous month. On a monthly basis, consumer prices rose 0.3%, following a 0.1% increase in May.

On a monthly basis, consumer prices rose 0.1%, following a 0.8% increase in the previous month.

Price growth slowed for food products (6.3% vs 7.8% in March) and non-food goods (2.0% vs 2.2%), while inflation for services accelerated sharply to 8.4% from 6.0%. On a monthly basis, consumer prices rose 0.8% in April, following a 0.6% increase in the previous month.
