Armenia Inflation Rate at 3-Month High

The annual inflation rate in Armenia inched up to 3.7% in September 2025 from 3.6% in the previous month.
The upturn was largely driven by higher prices in food and non-alcoholic beverages (5.8% vs 4.9% in August), alcoholic beverages and tobacco (6.8% vs 6.6%), education (8.3% vs 7.8%), and miscellaneous goods and services (1.7% vs 1.2%).
Meanwhile, costs fell for clothing and footwear (-1.2% vs 0.1%).
On a monthly basis, consumer prices grew slightly by 0.3% from 0.2 in the preceding period.
