The Saudi Central Bank reduced its repo rate by 25 basis points to 5% and its reverse repo rate to 4.5% in December 2024.
This move follows the Federal Reserve's policy adjustment, which lowered interest rates by the same margin to a target range of 4.75-5%, signaling only two rate cuts in 2025.
