Qatar Annual GDP Growth Accelerates Slightly in Q3 2023

The economy of Qatar grew by 1.2% year-on-year in the third quarter of 2023, following a 1% expansion in the preceding three-months period, preliminary estimates showed.

The real gross value added for mining & quarrying activities and non-mining & quarrying activities has both increased year-on year at 2.3% and 0.6% respectively.

On a quarterly basis, the economy expanded by 4%, following a 0.5% growth in the previous quarter.
