The annual inflation rate in Kazakhstan rose to 10% in March 2025 from 9.4% in the previous month.
This marked the highest reading since November 2023, driven by price increases for food products (7.6% vs 6.5% in February), non-food products (9.1% vs 8.7%), and paid services (14.3% vs 14.1%).
On a monthly basis, consumer prices advanced by 1.3%, easing from an over two-year high of 1.5% gain in the preceding period.
