Kazakhstan GDP Grows 4.8% 2024

Kazakhstan’s GDP expanded by 4.8% for the entire year of 2024, slowing from a 5.1% growth in the previous year.
Output of goods rose by 5.6%, driven by increases in agriculture, forestry and fishing (+13.7%), manufacturing (+5.9%),electricity, gas, steam & air conditioning supply (+4.5%) and construction (+13.1%).
Meanwhile, services output grew 4.7%, led by higher activity in wholesale and retail trade, repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles (+9.1%), transportation & storage (+8.5%), and information & communication (+5%).
The shares of production of goods and production of services in GDP in January to December 2024 were 35.3% and 58.3%, respectively.
