Belarus CPI Hits 10-Month Low

Belarus’s annual inflation rate eased to 6.4% in January 2026 from 6.8% in December, the slowest pace since March 2025.
The slowdown reflected softer price growth in food products (8.6% vs 9.0%) and non-food items (2.5% vs 3.0%).
In contrast, services inflation edged up to 8.2% from 8.0%.
On a monthly basis, consumer prices rose 0.5%, following a 0.4% increase in December.
