Georgia Producer Prices at 16-Month Low

Producer prices in Georgia rose by 3% year-on-year in June 2025, slowing from a 4.9% increase in the previous month.
This marked the lowest producer inflation since February 2024, as price growth slowed for manufacturing (1.6% vs 3.2% in May), electricity, gas, steam, and air-conditioning supply (8.3% vs 13.8% ), and water supply, sewerage, waste management, and remediation services (0.1% vs 0.4%).
In contrast, costs increased at a faster rate for mining and quarrying (13.8% vs 13.3%).
On a monthly basis, producer prices grew by 0.4% in June, rebounding from a 0.5% fall in the preceding period.
