Tribune Resources Ltd is an Australia-based company that is engaged in the exploration, development and production activities at its East Kundana Joint Venture (EKJV) tenements. The Company's EKJV is located approximately 25 kilometers (km) west north west of Kalgoorlie and approximately 47km north east of Coolgardie. Its exploration projects include the Diwalwal Gold Project, Philippines and Japa Gold Project, Ghana. The Diwalwal Gold Project is located approximately 120 km northeast of Davao City on Mindanao Island in the Philippines. The Japa Gold Project is located in the Western Region of Ghana, approximately 110 km south west of Kumasi and approximately 50 km north of Tarkwa, centered about the village of Gyapa in the Wassa Amenfi East District. Its mining lease PL2/310 covers approximately 26.2 square kilometer area over part of the Akropong belt.
