Switzerland's current account surplus widened to CHF 10.51 billion in the June quarter of 2021, from CHF 3.21 billion in the same period last year. The goods surplus expanded markedly to CHF 23.47 billion from CHF 12.41 billion, more than offsetting an increase in the primary income deficit to CHF 8.01 billion, from CHF 4.03 billion a year earlier.
