Slovakia recorded a trade deficit of 503 EUR Million in April of 2022, almost same as that of last month and exceeding the value of half a billion for the second time in the last decade. Imports jumped 14.5% year on-year to 8186 EUR million, lifted by increased purchases of mineral fuels, particularly natural gas, oil and electricity.
