Foreign tourist arrivals in Indonesia jumped 151.98 percent year-on-year to 184.6 thousand in February 2022, boosted by further easing of COVID-19 restrictions. The number of arrivals by air jumped 96.6 percent, while those by sea and by land went up 2.1 percent and 1.2 percent, each. Tourist grew from China (51,3%), Russia (207.13), South Korea (94.84%), and other countries (200.25 percent). Considering the first two months of the year, tourist arrivals soared 259.59 percent.
