Its office portfolio includes high rise offices and office parks. Its industrial portfolio includes industrial parks, retail warehousing and motor-related outlets. The V&A Waterfront is a 122 hectare mixed-use property development situated in and around the Victoria and Alfred Basins. It has properties located in Greater Johannesburg, Pretoria, Western Cape and KwaZulu-Natal.
