Greek Construction Output Falls 5.6% YoY in Q1
Construction output in Greece declined 5.6 percent year-on-year in the first quarter of 2021, following a 1 percent drop in the previous period. It was the 67th straight quarter of falling construction, mainly due to building construction (-15.1 percent vs 3.3 percent in Q4). Meantime, civil engineering rose 1.6 percent, rebounding from a 3.3 percent drop.
