Exxaro Resources Limited is a diversified resources company. The Company has business interests in South Africa, Europe, Republic of the Congo and the United States. Its segments include Coal; Ferrous; Titanium dioxide (TiO2) and Alkali chemicals, and Other. Its coal operations are mainly situated in the Waterberg and Mpumalanga regions, and are split between coal commercial operations and coal tied operations. The Other segment includes its interests in Cennergi Proprietary Limited, Black Mountain Proprietary Limited and Chifeng Kumba Hongye Corporation Limited.
