Danish Current Account Surplus Hit Record Peak
Denmark's current account surplus increased to a record high of DKK 25.3 billion in March 2022 in seasonally adjusted term from a downwardly revised DKK 21.2 billion in the previous month. The surplus of goods account rose to DKK 9.3 billion from DKK 7.2 billion a month earlier and that of services account climbed to DKK 15.2 billion from DKK 11.0 billion. Meantime, the secondary income gap narrowed to DKK 2.2 billion from DKK 2.7 billion, while the primary income surplus was down to DKK 2.9 billion from DKK 5.7 billion in February.

Danish Current Account Surplus Widens
Denmark's current account surplus increased to a seasonally adjusted DKK 20.4 billion in February 2022 from a downwardly revised DKK 17.3 billion in the previous month. The surplus of goods account rose to DKK 7.6 billion from DKK 6.3 billion a month earlier and that of services account went up to DKK 11.2 billion from DKK 10.2 billion. Also, the primary income surplus was at to DKK 6.4 billion, up from from DKK 6.0 billion in January. Meantime, the secondary income gap widened slightly to DKK 3.6 billion from DKK 3.4 billion.
