Output accelerated for manufacturing (6.3 percent vs 3.3 percent in July) and declined slower for mining and quarrying (-4.6 percent vs -6.3 percent). On the other hand, output slowed for electricity, gas, steam, and air conditioning supply (2.9 percent vs 8.2 percent).
